Anyway, I'm super excited for you that you've kept up so many of your new habits. I just finished reading "It Starts With Food," and I've noticed that I do feel gross (bloated, crampy, etc.) after eating fast food the last couple of times. I think I've probably felt like that for a while, but I'm just now noticing it since I know what to play attention to.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-382301657814799558.post-77075579818357724842013-11-06T15:06:06.507-05:002013-11-06T15:06:06.507-05:00Thanks Paige!! There's still lots of good stuff you can eat - namely... sweet potatoes! I don't know if you saw it, but I did a post about what we ate - and there are tons of Pinterest boards out there that are great inspirations!
http://apeachtreecitylife.blogspot.com/2013/10/whole30-part-ii.html

Good luck!!claire @ a peachtree city lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09973609713795773106noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-382301657814799558.post-82744675399952214482013-11-06T15:00:38.664-05:002013-11-06T15:00:38.664-05:00So impressed that you're keeping up with it in...So impressed that you're keeping up with it in a way that makes sense for you and benefitting from the changes. My husband and I are picky eaters with terrible habits. We are all for convenience and are awful in our eating habits. I think showing him Whole30 may make a transition a little easier for him to accept. Our big hang up is What will we eat?
Paige
http://middlenamemom.comPaigehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16062719218571012284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-382301657814799558.post-45455185913011877472013-11-06T09:46:10.048-05:002013-11-06T09:46:10.048-05:00Congrats on making the lifestyle change and sticki...Congrats on making the lifestyle change and sticking with it!! I think it's totally ok to "cheat" every once in awhile and modify to do what best suits your lifestyle- it will help make it easier for you to stay on track the rest of the time. And those rice puffs are good- I've done the same thing. I think the serving size is 72 puffs, so as long as you don't eat 50 containers of them then I think you're fine- ha!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04251673442223300574noreply@blogger.com
