After our wild and crazy Knoxville adventure (my mom bought us sheets! we went to Trader Joes to get Cookie Butter! we watched some tv!), we headed to South Carolina to meet up with Mikey and Kacy at their parents' lake houses (yes, two, we're spoiled).
The two houses are only about 30 minutes apart, so we got the chance to go to both and see both sides of their families. We've had the pleasure of being treated so well by all of these wonderful people for many years, taken in as family and treated as such. We love them all and are so happy to get the chance to spend time with them.

This year, they had a band play again (Cecil Thompkins Band - so good! check them out!). Enjoyed by adults and babies alike.
